  1. Wait did I successfully complete a yoga class?!? Mind blown!!! I have tried several at my gym and it was basically aerobics on the floor!!! Thank you! I have lost 60 pounds by walking around 5–10 mi and doing dance hip-hop classes but one of the things I desperately need is better flexibility. easier to to bend over to tie my shoes and to have better balance and that's what I'm really hoping yoga will help in addition to the strengthening and getting my muscles. So I think this is a good step to add to my workout regimen. Anybody have any advice for me and please let me know I am all ears and so excited about my new lifestyle journey!!!! I have been having the time of my life getting home. Eating healthy and dancing energy that I haven't had since I was a kid! Thank you for your time in reading my comment🤗

  2. Finally found a yoga instructor for my age. I practiced yoga years ago. Wishing I had stayed with it. I am in my 80s with total hip replacement last year. My ability for movement etc. has been severely limited and I do not like that at all. So thank you so much for your videos. I am follower.

Looking for a good a gentle yoga for my dear friend who gained 60 pds, I will send this vid to her …and try it myself in morning as I can't do any strenuous workouts in morning since I was a kid yet need to stretch and breath in morning. At night I can workout with ease, I never understood this. If anyone has a clue as to why, please post to me. Thank you, God bless, Namaste

  4. I'm 68 years old have never done Yoga before but my chiropractor said I needed to stretch this old body. You have been perfect for me. I can handle the pace and most of the poses and your voice calms me. I'm glad I found you in my YouTube search. Thank you.

  5. M/43 novice here. Can I vol 1 and 2 and 3 in a week or should I just do Vol 1 for some time and then go to vol 2 then 3? Right now doing Vol 1, 3-4 days a week.

  6. Thank you so much for your video. It is perfect for my stage in life. I had a knee injury 2 years ago and stopped yoga and then my arthritis went into overdrive. I have been looking for a gentle yoga to get started again. The flow is perfect for me.

  7. Thank you SO much for this video. I am in my 60's and needed a good way to exercise that would be gentle. This video was perfect. At first I was just going to follow along for a few minutes, but I ended up doing the whole thing. And, I felt good! Love the presentation, the calm reassuring voice, the hints for adjusting the poses and the relaxation at beginning and end. Thank you for sharing this video. It is going to be a life-saver!

  9. I've been doing yoga for a few years now and was looking for very beginner videos to introduce my boyfriend to yoga (he's motivated, but very much out of shape). We're on a three-day streak, so this is the third video we've completed together. This was great for him, easy enough so he could follow along with just a little bit of a challenge in the warrior and bridge poses. We'll probably redo this video a few times and maybe try other videos from the same channel.

  11. This was a wonderful beginner class. I attend yoga sessions with others twice a week but live at a high altitude where the weather can keep me shut in. I tried this gentle yoga video and found it easy to follow (a bit easy for me but that is fine for now) and very relaxing as well as centering me. thank you for making this possible.

  12. I have to echo the many comments below. I've had surgery, moved, begun a new job, and lost my previous sensei. I've tried various online yoga classes, but none of them have clicked – until this one. I feel so much better after just a half hour of practice. Thank you so much. Your voice is soothing, calming, and inspires confidence. I've already subscribed. Thanks for yoga that makes sense to someone coming back to his practice. Namaste!!

I just stumbled across your video, I thought there was something wrong with me not being able to keep up with other "beginners classes" only managing to participate in some of the movements, this class was gentle while still a challenge,and I manage to stay with it until the beautifully relaxing end – Thank you for taking the time to make this video I am so glad to have been to your class.
