  1. I had a 3 way switch like that hooked up back in the day when the consoles ran on coaxial cables. Had cable, NES, and SNES connected to the 3 buttons and then N64 and PS had to be connected directly to the TV. Clicking between the mechanical inputs was satisfying and instant, unlike the HDMI which takes some time to process the change. I still have the switch with the NES and SNES, I really need to pull them out along with the old CRT TV and play some of those games again instead of the nearly 1000 I have on Steam.

    Any why does Nintendo get the shaft? I'm with at least one of the poster and replace the XBONE with a Switch. With Microsoft kicking out the same games for both XBONE and Windows 10, why does a gamer need both?
